Scaredy Cat
Scaredy Cat gazes out the window, watching the snow fall gently to the ground. Kaida is fast asleep after attending some fantastic parties to celebrate the New Year, yet Scaredy Cat is wide awake. While it's typical for cats to be nocturnal creatures, Scaredy Cat is anything but a typical cat. His biggest atypical feature is his fear of EVERYTHING. That is what is keeping him awake tonight. He longs to be brave so that he can start enjoying the adventures Kaida takes him on. Oh what he would do to quit being such a 'fraidy cat. What's a frightened kitty supposed to do?
Well.....it is New Year's Day and there's some sort of tradition that says you're supposed to make a New Year's resolution. What's that mean? It means to make a promise of kind for self-improvement. Can he do that? Can Scaredy Cat resolve to become braver? Yes. Yes! YES!! Scaredy Cat says he can promise to become braver and less scared.
Will it last? Only time will tell......
