Scaredy Cat and his little sister Truffle are attending the local town New Year's party and appear to be the first to have arrived. Scaredy Cat explains to his sister that it is common for there to be grand parties with friends and/or families gathering together to celebrate the New Year. Sometimes the gatherings are on a much smaller scale (which he prefers) at one pet's home where it was a bit quieter, yet still festive. At any of the parties, you'll find a variety of party foods, all sorts of "punch" and other beverages and outside, fireworks displays as the year changes from one to the next. He begins to wonder when the others are going to show up.

As is traditional here in PnF, we're celebrating New Year's together. What are your plans? Will you be hosting or attending a party? Do you celebrate quietly or are you the type to do it in grand style? Do you plan to make a resolution for changes in your life? Will you resolve to get healthier? Maybe kick a bad habit? Maybe your resolution is to change careers or going back to school to further your education. Share with us what your New Year's plans are!!
