Scaredy Cat isn't laughing right now. He is surrounded by a bunch of pets that are laughing uncontrollably and the sound has become more than he can bear. Mr. Tickles has to be the ringleader in this chaotic scene since he is always laughing (although at times it sounds a bit maniacal). Apparently, there is an observance coming up on May 5th called World Laughter Day and Mr. Tickles thinks this is a great day so he's rounding up as many pets as he can to help celebrate laughter! They say that laughing is contagious, yet Scaredy Cat doesn't seem to be catching the laughing bug. Can Mr. Tickles get him to laugh before the day is over?

This week we're celebrating World Laughter Day! They say that laughter is the best medicine so why not laugh to chase the blues away? Feeling a bit under the weather? Read some funny stories. Watch a comedy on television! Maybe there's a funny movie that you truly love - watch it again!! Maybe you and your friends can go to a comedy club where there is bound to be plenty of laugh out loud moments!! Come on - make us laugh!!
