Scaredy Cat and Bob are on a scavenger hunt around their community. But...it's not just any scavenget hunt. It's a Teddy Bear Hunt! These days, with the health crisis happening worldwide, pets and hoomans are doing their best to practice social distancing as has been recommended by health officials. Somepet and their family thought that it would be a great idea to put a teddy bear plushie in their window to cheer others up as they went by their home. It sparked trend and before you knew it, bears and other plushies were being put into window in communites across the globe! Now pets and their families are going on these hunts where they can still come together as a community but still be six feet apart. While Scaredy Cat and Bob are doing this together, as you can see, they are being responsible pets and maintaining a safe distance from each other. They can still enjoy their friendship while being safe. Scaredy Cat wonders how many bears and other plushies he'll see on his walk today. This week we're going to hunt for bears!! NO!! Not real bears! Teddy Bears!! We'll be joining Scaredy Cat, Bob and other pets and hoomans around the world searching for teddy bear plushies!! Your challenge this week is to put a teddy bear or any other plushie into your scene (it does not have to be in a window). Have your pet holding it's teddy. Put a basket in the center of a room and fill it with teddies and other plushie friends. Create a teddy bear picnic! How and where you put your teddies into your art scene is totally up to you - you just have to make sure we can spot it!!
