"Hi Scaredy Cat, what are you thinking?" Bob was curious to see Scaredy Cat looked so focus as in a really deep thought.
"You know what, I've gone through the list of what's going on in the month of June and I found one day that I really want to celebrate with you,” said Scaredy Cat.
"Really? What's the day?" asked Bob.
"It's National Best Friends Day on June 8th. You are indeed one of my best friends Bob! And in honor of best friends day, I would love for this week’s art project at the community centre to reflect that" exclaimed Scaredy Cat.
"I'm really touched and honoured. Yes, you are one of my best friends too Scaredy Cat. What do you have in mind?” asked Bob.
"Summer is beginning soon and we'll see more colours around us. I love colours and in honor of best friend day, I would love the art project this week to combine both our favourite colours. I think I know what's your favourite colour but just tell me again Bob" Scaredy Cat said with a smile.
"Blue, blue and more blue of course. And if I'm not mistaken, your favorite color is black right?" Bob answered quickly. "This is fantastic! We'll do and art project together and we'll feature the combination of our favourite color. I'm all for it" Bob continues on.
"This is so exciting. I'm happy to be your best friend Bob,” said Scaredy Cat. "By the way, just to let you know, there's one day in June that is dedicated to one color and it's National Pink Day on June 23rd. What a great color to get its own day in the calendar,” said Scaredy Cat.

You heard what Scaredy Cat said, this week’s art challenge will be a combination of their favourite colors of blue and black. It can be of anything under the sun. Be imaginative and create your version of the best blue and black art possible.
