| | We penguins are always dressed for success, even though we spend the summer in the ocean and the winter amidst icebergs. Thankfully in PnF the pets get around a lot, so we can play hide and seek in the ice with polar bears from the other end of your world!
When we are bored, we hang out with our friends and together we practice group huddle formations. We take on geometric shapes: hexagons, circles, all sorts! My own favorite shape to make is the octagon, because they have lots of corners, and it's fun to be on a corner - it feels like an important place to be!
Not only are our huddles fun and pretty, they keep us warm during those chilly south pole winters. Minus 70 is not for everyone, but for a penguin like me it is a tropical dream!
Since Santa gave us ice sculpting saws last Christmas, we've been cutting shapes out of the polar ice non-stop. We are so excited and can't wait to see how you'll use the many wonderful shapes we've designed.
We also love to travel and swim very long distances. We have even been spotted lounging on sunny, tropical beaches sipping delicious fruity drinks. Though I am a flightless bird, just give me time and I will build a flight machine with our geometric shapes. Who said penguins can't fly! |
