scaredy cat is completely unaware of what's about to happen to him. the monkeys are getting into mischief and one of them has aimed a banana peel straight at scaredy cat's head! what is causing all the ruckus? the monkeys have learned that when the chinese new year begins on february 8th, it will be the year of the monkey and they've gone nuts! it's said that that the years people are born on the year of the monkey are considered unlucky and these monkeys are probably gonna prove that to be true! kaida sips her tea and waits for the fireworks display behind her to end so she can take scaredy cat out for some dumplings, sweet rice balls and fish for dinner.
