Frobie and Wasky visit his distant cousins in Petarctica and discover that global warming has caused the need for umbrellas INSIDE the cousins' icy home! Without wood, Wasky can do nothing to help Frobie's family, but he does pass out the treats they brought and everyone chooses their favorite. Some pets need to eat faster than others to avoid their treat melting. Frobie has never seen anything like this. There were actually a couple of FLOWERS blooming in the cousins' backyard!
