N2P2C2's guide to bug reporting

When reporting a bug, you need to tell me certain things in order I can process the bug in the proper way.
- Does it have wings?
- Does it glow in the dark?
- Does it make an irritating noise when it moves?
- How many legs has it got?
- Does it go squish when you tread on it?

Oh, you meant THAT kind of bug? Well the same rules apply. If you want to report a SOFTWARE bug, we have to know enough about it to choose the correct bug spray and where to go with the can ---
- What page were you on? Please copy and paste the URL when reporting a bug.
- What browser were you using? They pretend they all act the same way, but they all have different faults.
- What kind of computer are you using?
- What is your operating system?
- How much memory does it have?

Let me know these things and I can report a bug to the programmers. Only then will they have any chance of finding out what the problem is. Or you can go direct to our moderators:
