If you are looking for a pup that is playful, feisty, and loyal, then you will love having me around! We Scotty dogs are famous for being very rugged and have been given the nickname of "diehard" because of our temperament. An Army in Scotland was even named after us, so that should give you an idea of our personality! We will happily watch out for your safety and only bark when we need to alert you to a stranger. Just to warn you though, we do like to dig, so please don't get upset when you see holes in the yard. We can't help it! Our natural instincts are to hunt for badgers and other small rodents. When we get a scent of one it compares to how you feel when you smell your favorite dinner cooking. See, we really aren't being naughty after all!
