I would hate for you to not be able to join me in a good laugh, which I enjoy as much as any pet. Alas, this time I was calling to see if there were any more Kookaburra in the area.

Beauty can be found anywhere, and these fluffy little birds prize the beauty spots on their fluffy cheeks. They are so taken with them that they coo and cuddle each other and let other pets know that their beauty spots are where it’s at. Will they start a new trend? Only time will tell.

Rawr! Ahem! I don’t have my rawr yet. I am too young, but I am practicing. Will I breathe fire? That isn't very likely, as I am not a fire-breathing dragon but a cloud-breathing dragon.

When I watch my parents fly over the mountains, they breathe out this lovely purple cloud that encircles the mountaintops and creates an air of mystery. I am told that creating mystery is our prime job as purple dragons. I asked my parents why, and they said that to know everything is boring and that life is more exciting with mystery in it. I can't wait to grow up and make mysteries.

Yay, clear skies! Hang onto your hats folks! I’m coming in like a wild bunny at top speed. I heard a bag open and we all know what that means. I’ll race around your legs and hop and beg and run and spin and dance. You see, I am rather happy. And when bunnies are happy, we binky. Oh, sorry about that dust cloud I kicked up on my way in. I like to be in the water or mud during the day, because it helps me stay cool in the hot African sun. I’ll come out during the dusk and night so that I can spend a few hours grazing on the grass, my food of choice.

I can weigh close to 3,000 pounds, or even over that. This makes me the third largest land mammal in the world! Because of our size, other animals are less likely to see us as food, which is definitely a good thing for us! In Africa, we are aggressive animals and are not afraid to fight even others of our species. But take us to live in PnF and we promise to be good!

This sweet raccoon cannot jump or run very fast but can climb well and is also a master of solving problems. With clever paws that can work doors and locks, the raccoon will not be deterred. Other pets could take some lessons on determination.

Foxes are swift and agile - and we're sneaky, it's true. Need to get in and out of a hen house? I'm the one to call. I can help you devise a plot to sneak a chick out on a date without her family catching on. If you need help, I can lend a paw. I am called a silverback because the hairs on my back are white, which happens after my twelfth birthday. Being a silverback has a lot of responsibility! Not only do I protect my family, I also make all the decisions on where to go for dinner (no junk food for my family!) and settle disputes and squabbles between everyone. Our family group is called a troop, and it consists of me, several adult females and their offspring. The infants stay with their momma constantly for the first five months of their lives, and the momma stays close to me so I can protect them from things that may harm them. Once they are a little older they begin to wander a little bit (but not too far from my watchful eye). By the age of six, they are weaned and make their own nest to sleep in separate from their mother. An adult male sometimes stays in the family instead of searching out other single females and forming their own troop. These males are called blackbacks and help me by providing back-up protection for the troop.

I Proudly stand atop the mountain to monitor the weather in summer and spring. My tail is very sensitive to changes in the atmospheric pressure–I will alert you to the summer storm long before the first dark clouds begin to gather. Take heart and take cover if you see me headed your way.

Being brave isn’t about finding things easy, it’s about doing things because they must be done, even when they’re hard. Everyone expects this lion to be brave because he has a mane, but he has problems. As a cub, he was trodden on by an elephant. Since then, being brave became one long struggle. A trusted friend of Scaredy Cat, he knows he should be brave, and he tries very hard to protect others he loves. But if being brave was easy, it wouldn’t be bravery at all! Will your pet go alongside him as he faces his fears, facing them together?

While working on late night in the castle dark, a suitable application of electrical current was applied to a petri dish of questionable contents. With a cloud of smoke hanging over the lab and the stench of ozone wafting in the air, a stir started on the slab………. Slowly rising up out of the mess were five……...five………..shapes……… the likes never seen before! Chattering in their own quintuplet speak, and finishing each other’s sentences, these apparitions are a mystery to all, and just like potato chips, you can’t have just one. Rambunctious like a puppy, inquisitive like a kitten and the whirling dervish of a hive of bees, there is never a dull moment when they are gathered ‘round.

I met the nicest firefighter today, who helped me escape the wildfires here in Australia. And I got to see a wonderful caring vet, who gave these stylish bandages to me to help heal! It’s been sad and devastating to see my home burn and my family and friends are scattered everywhere, hopefully I’ll find them all safe and sound.
But you know, in the heart of everypet, that this is a big set back, but we are united and staying Aussie strong!

Sea cow? Cow? I’m no cow! I may be big, but please don’t call me a cow. It isn’t polite. I prefer to think of myself as a graceful aquatic mammal who just happens to weigh up to 1300 pounds. I move quite slowly, but that is so I don’t miss out on anything. I am very curious, and if I was speedy, then I might not see something awesome, like that pretty plant over there! I am mostly a vegetarian and my stomach is built to digest tough plant matter. Oh how yummy ocean and sea plants are! I tend to be a loner, but I’m not really lonely. I just prefer my own company over the company of others. This way, I can dance, and twirl and spin in the sea without anyone watching! Oh, look - something shiny! Dragon dances grace the streets of most Chinese cities during Chinese New Year festivals. To perform the beautifully choreographed dragon dance, ten to twelve skilled puppeteers manipulate the joints of yellow and red dragon costume into an undulating wave of movement and colour. Chinese Dragon receives these annual honours because many people believe that he has power over water and weather. Chinese Dragon wishes he could help everybody by controlling natural phenomena like rainfall, typhoons, and floods; but the truth is that his water talents are more modest.

Chinese Dragon has invented a variety of irrigation systems, and he works with landscape artists to create spectacular fountains and water features. His greatest achievement is the 100-foot Lei Ming waterfall, which cascades down a rocky outcrop to form a scenic koi pond. At night, the flowing Lei Ming waterfall is illuminated with multi-coloured lights that dance to traditional Chinese music. Ever eager to use his water skills for the benefit of others, Chinese Dragon’s latest project is the development of titanium-reinforced levees to protect villages from spring floods.

You can tell by the glint in my eye and the tilt of my head that I am very curious and perhaps a little mischievous. Climb aboard and hang onto my mane and I will transport you into a magical land of fun and frolicking. We can strut proudly about or plop onto a magic carpet and travel among enchanted forests.
